Social Media Content-Read it then Share it
Social media content obviously is something that all of us read. We do not just go on social platform and just sit there do we? No, we look at photos, view videos, read blogs and stories, and then we go and share them right?
Well not all shares are alike. You see, we are sometimes accustomed to just reading a headline or the way a piece of information is talked about or described, and in some cases they get shared without even being looked in to.
For certain users this can be bad. As a marketing company, would it be okay for us to share content that had absolutely nothing to do with what our audience was used to seeing? No! If you do not look at social media content before you share it, even though it may be interesting to you, you could be costing yourself business.
What if a piece of that social media content was that of one of your competitors sales offers? What if there was a pop-up on that content that was extra spammy or vulgar? Take the time to read what you share. Do not take someone’s word about what you share. It just might bite you in the butt in the end.
