For any business out there, establishing a relationship with potential clients is a must. Form a valuable relationship with no expectations other than just sharing stories with one another and if business is supposed to happen between both parties, it certainly will. If you are in business for any other reason other than to help others, solve a problem, or put a smile on someone’s face, it may be a little more difficult for you to either get or maintain long-term business relationships.

Your social media can be a precursor to those business relationships. So, in my opinion, it is important to deliver your message on social media just like you were talking to someone in person and you were able to shake their hand afterwards. Almost as if the you were silently saying as you were shaking their hand … “Until We Meet Again” . By all means, you do expect them to want to come back.

The sales background that Morgan comes from is the building industry which led to sales in the automotive industry.
